Delete your account and data

If you sign in with Apple, Supabase stores your account and your quiz answers, scores, progress, bookmarks, and badges, and that study data syncs across devices. The way to delete it is in the app. Email is the backup.

Delete your account in the app

This is the primary way to delete your account:

  1. Open PermitPro.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account.

That deletes your Supabase account and the quiz answers, scores, progress, bookmarks, and badges stored there, along with the state, test-date timeline, and onboarding answers held for the account. On that device, the app also resets the RevenueCat and PostHog identities.

Ask by email

You can email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include the email you used with Sign in with Apple, including a private-relay address if that is what Apple showed you.

We monitor that inbox and respond within 3 business days. Jason Psanis deletes the Supabase user, the RevenueCat customer record, and the PostHog person data within 30 days.

What deletion does not cancel

Apple keeps its own purchase records. Deleting your account does not cancel PermitPro+ or PermitPro Welcome Back. Both are weekly subscriptions. Cancel either one in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Remove the app from your iPhone

Removing the app deletes the copy of PermitPro on that device. It does not delete the Supabase account or progress that already synced, and it does not cancel a subscription.

  1. On your Home Screen, touch and hold the PermitPro icon.
  2. Tap Remove App.
  3. Tap Delete App, then Delete to confirm.
